Conditions for Exhibiting

Organizer:

Location:
A2 Forum GmbH; Gütersloher Str. 100, 33378 Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Germany

Merchandise:
Antique and new Teddy-Bears of all type, colour and size. Teddy-Bear accessoires and other Teddy-Bear related articles, plush-animals.

Exhibitors:
Industrial manufacturers of Teddy-Bears and suppliers, dealers and Teddy-Bear artists. The organizers reserve the rights to dismiss applications without providing detailed grounds.

Application and Booth Reservation:
Booth reservations are made in the order of received written applications. Cancellations may be made until February 15, 2009. After this date full charges will apply and no refunds will be given. Early application will allow more choice of booth placement.

Booth Rent:
The booth rent per table (approximately 220x80cm), incl. 2 chairs and electricity supply up to maximum of 1,5 kW, totals EURO 245,00. The electricity supply is located in the middle of each table block. Table exhibitors can connect up with their own extension cables free-of-charge; for System Box, EURO 375,00, for corner booths EURO 50,00 per sqm (all prices plus V.A.T.). Additional services such as walls, electricity supply, rented furniture, etc. will be iternized in the invoice. The invoice for the booth rent and so on is to be paid by February 15th, 2009 at the lates.

Sublet:
A sublet to persons who are not listed on the application form is not possible. A minimum exhibition space of one table or 4 sqms per exhibitor or company must be rented.

Exhibition space:
The allocated booth space, including aisle space, must be strictly adhered to. Asles and emergency exists must be kept clear at any time. The tables provided by the organizers are stable folding tables. Each exhibitor is asked to check the correct installation of the assigned tables since the organizers are not responsible for possible damage on goods.

Clean-up:
Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning up his/her own booth. Any further cleaning or disposes of left-overs will be charged seperatly.

Opening Hours:
to the public: 25 April 2009 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., 26 April 2009 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Installation Times:
Installation begins on Friday, 24 April 2009, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday, 25 April 2009 f rom 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. The dismantling will be on Sunday, 26 April 2009 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Monday, 27 April 2009 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Advertisement:
Any advertisement for other shows, or the destribution of flyers, magazines, newspapers or any other printed matter will only be allowed with the previous permission of the organizer.

Name & Address:
Local authorities insist that each exhibitor must display his/her full name and address in addition to the booth namesigns provided by the organizers.

Price labels:
All goods for sale must have an individual price label. The exhibitor is responsible for any infringements.

Loss and Liability:
The organizers cannot be held responsible for personal injuries or damage of goods, damages caused by lightning, fire, theft, collapse, earthquake, murder, blackmailing or robbery as well as for the whole event. The exhibited items are not insured by the organizers. Special arrangements, additions or alterations of these conditions must be acknowledged in written form. Criminal authorities are the Duisburg County Court.
